Proud to announce that I will be teaching at the next ICSN cookery school which will be running for 5 weeks (every Saturday 10am-1pm) starting 17th November. This course will be charged at £150 for the full 5 weeks or £35 per week.
In the 5 weeks we will be preparing traditional west African dishes, and I will be educating you the various ways to makes these dishes healthier. On the menu for the 5 weeks we will cover dishes such as: Jollof rice, Egusi Soup, Fish pepper soup, Puff puff and chin chin.
